Check to make sure your graphics card driver is up-to-date. If it is not, please go to the manufacturer’s website and download the driver software to update.
TrackIR system is crashing after 5 minutes:
Depending on your GPU settings, TrackIR may crash if you are using multiple monitors with different configurations. Check if you are mixing and matching your monitors between your integrated GPU (ex. Intel Card) and your dedicated GPU (ex. NVIDIA graphics card). We recommend connecting all of your monitors into your dedicated graphics card, as mixing the connection to the integrated GPU may cause the crash.
The problem may be from the internal GPU (e. Intel Card). This is a graphics driver issue. If using multiple monitors, make sure you have them all going to the same graphics card.
