Adjustable 'Dead-Zone' for the head movement?

Post by Jhereg »

Just curious if there's a feature that 'dead-zone' that allows you to keep the view centered on the panel with a certain set percentage of total head movement?

Thanks, this looks pretty slick and was waiting for the v2.0 to come out before really looking at it seriously. Just didn't want something that's going to jerk around with the slightest movement. Especialy with the LOMAC coupon I've got in my hands .

Also, is it possible to mount the unit slightly off-center and a little low?

Is it currently working with Falcon 4.0 SP3/4's VC, Jane's F/A-18E, CFS2/3 VC's, IL-2's, etc?

Thanks Guys,

Yes, you can easily setup a dead zone of any size that you would like. It is fully customizable however you would like to have it.

You can place it anywhere you like as long as you can put a reflective dot somewhere within the view of the unit. A little off center and low should pose no problem for you whatsoever.

I havent seen the coupon yet as UBI failed to ship my Lock On in time. So, I will be receiving it at least a week after it hit the shelves.

Never, EVER, pre-order form UBI again!

Sorry for the rant. I want my final version dag-gone-it!

I beleive there is a link on the coupon to the TrackIR2 order form page. Going to that link will activate your discount.

The same link has been posted on other forums by asshat's who saw fit to violate the offer. Live and learn... Lock and Load....
