I love this thing but. . . .I now have a prob

I have had the trkir2 for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it!

Now, however, I am having a problem that came out of nowhere. When I turn on the trkr it immediately says that its tracking, even though there is no tracking dot in sight. (The green and blue lights are on immediately)

Then when I put a tracking dot or the tracking hat on in the game and I look up and to the right I get a erratic vibrating, view.

Its not tracking to my right. Its verified when I go into the main and into tracking. There is a big blob of green in the natural point tracking folder.

What the heck can this be and how can I make it go away. I rebooted the computer but it still remains.

Please advise soonest.

It sounds as if your unit is picking up some unwanted light or reflections. If this is happening during the day then check this during the evening, to see if the extra reflections disappear.

Do you sit with a window behind you, or maybe a strong light?

Oh man. . . .you nailed it. It happens very infrequently and only duirng the day. How about that. . .? Whew. . .I was so worried there for a minute.

I called customer service at Natural point and verified your observation.

Incredible. . .this trkr is awesome. I love it so.
