Track IR 3 does not find hardware driver
Re: Track IR 3 does not find hardware driver
macd1102,
Can you e-mail me your setupapi.log after you have carried out a complete un-install re-install of your NaturalPoint software?
Prior to the re-install delete the NaturalPoint folder from your Program Files.
Connect the unit directly to your motherboard and not through a hub.
Uncheck the box for run at startup.
Let me know what name you are using in the forum in the e-mail.

Re: Track IR 3 does not find hardware driver
Hi Wayne,
I have the same problem as everyone else in here! My problem happened when I had to move my pc (rebuilding my office) and unplugging everything from the pc. Before this the TrackIR worked like a charm! Then I reconnected all my devices (about 10 USB devices) my problem occured (couldn't find driver). I have made several attempts to uninstall/reinstall according to your procedures to no avail. Also I got the error msg. when uninstalling/reinstalling: "Unable to remove key:
SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\Vid_131D&Pid_0155
My serial# : 017902
Also reformatting is NO option for me. In fact I haven't had the time to even think about fixing this since August
I'm sending the setupapi.log file to you.
I'm beeeggging for help!

Hello all!
After quite a while, i have to sign in again
Is the problem, that we discussed here about 6 months ago, solved with the new driver version 4?
I'd really like to try the new drivers, but in case it will not work, i wont do the whole workaround again. Especially because it is quite a while since i last did it.
