Hi All

Drone, usually I didnt even get a camera screen, the black part was not there, just a gray box, when I changed the camera settings and sometimes got a black screen it had a green line along the middle as you describe.

Hmmm well tonight it happened to me again.
Start up computer, Fire up trackIR it does not track at all just a full green screen in the tracking page. I unplug trackIR and replug it in without shutting down the software and it tracks fine after that... Weird

Drone_44th,

This sounds odd, because you disconnect the unit and then reconnect it does not sound like a hardware problem.

Are you using a hub?
What services are you running when this occurs?
Do you get any error messages?

If you could e-mail me you "Event Viewer" which you will find under Admin Tools, I will have a look to see if Windows is seeing anything odd.

I think your right it's not a Problem with TIR3Pro. Yes I am using a powered hub and I think there in lyes the problem. I have been reading that my brand and model Motherboard has issues with USB 2.0 ports.... Asus P4T533-C is the board. I'll check for an error log tonight when I get home...

Thx for the reply

Drone_44th,

Ensure that you have the latest drivers installed for your motherboard, your board has the Intel 850E chipset, check that you have the latest drivers for this.

Connect you unit directly to a USB port on your motherboard if possible.

This is a nice board, just ensure that all your drivers are up to date.
