NO DATA track IR 3 Pro

It was working fine until today,(installed it 3 days ago)
I get a No data message and the unit doesnt track, I re installed and same thing, I downloaded the lastest 3.11 version and same.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

System
Windows XP
Audigy sound card
XP 3200 processor
Ati 9700 Pro
768 MB DDR

Need more information.

When you plug it in, do you get any errors?

Task manager show any errors?

Blue light come on when you start up the software?

I get no errors.
Blue light comes on
task manager doesnt show errors either.

I have tried unplugging it and plug it again, also re installed and nothing.

I uninstalled again, changed the USB port re installed as per instructions and no luck.

When I start the track IR program the green light on top comes on for a second and I get the tracking message for a second, then green light goes off and get No Data message.

Blue light is still on since the begining.

Hope you guys can help me because shipping back will cost a lot of money from Costa Rica and I will have to pay taxes again when the thing comes back in the country, so far with taxes and shipping it has cost me $250 which is a lot of money for me here.

No worries. Can you contact Wayne directly? You could be having the known XP No Data issue. Are you using Windows XP?

Even if not, he should be able to help you directly to get this resolved.

I tried it in my friends PC and works.
returned to my house , just plugged and works again.
But if I try to adjust the panning speed to low, the PC freezes when I fire the guns inside the cockpit in FB.

Might be a conflict with the sound card?

Might be a conflict with the sound card?Try disabling the Sound. Remove the sound card or if the sound is on the Motherboard, disable it in the BIOS. Then try it again and see if it locks up. At least you'll know if the problem is with the sound or not.
