Trackir not working

I have just received Trackir.
When I change profile my Trackir 3.11 stops working. The green and blue lights are on but the curser will not move. The Status still reads Tracking. I fly IL2 Forgotten battles. Windows XP. I have to unplug and plug the USB in every time to get it to work again.
Can anyone Help please.

I've just found the problem.
I did not have the Toggle on for the Enable (F10 key)
