3.12 & TrackIR 3 Pro

Post by DewDog »

I just got a new TrackIR 3Pro and it came with latest software 3.12

Under the Hotkeys Tab I am trying to turn the Motion Mode Hotkey Action off by turning the on/off button to grey.

However it will not stick in that position. If I click on another tab and return to the Hotkeys tab, the on/off button will have returned to blue.

Same with changing to off and then saving on exit. When restart the on/off will be blue (on).

Any ideas?

Edit: Maybe it's a moot question as it seems the switch doesn't work anyway. True or false?

I remember the same problem. In my case switching off (no blue dot) Trap Keys helped (don't ask me why).

DewDog,

When you make these alterations the software will save into one of two places, either into the profile if you click the save button prior to turning off your TrackIR software or to the registry when exiting the software, after asking you if you wish to save the changes.

Make the changes that you want to make and save to the profile, this then allows different Hotkeys to be used in different profiles/games.

If you have any problems then please let me know.
