New Software & FS 2004?

Hello,
Sorry if this question has already been asked.
I'm installing the new 4.0.020 softeware for my Track IR 3 Christmas present. I have FS 2004. However, when installing the software, the only option that seem to come up is for MSFS 2002. Can I use this for 2004 as well and just change the install path to the 2004 module file?

The version 4 softwear doesnt hook into FS2004 like the old softwear does, you only need to tick FS2002 option on install if you want to use it in FS2002.

FS2004 uses a newer way to interact with Track IR
