Hello,

Thank you for your interest in our products anc accessories. Mouse clicking and movement is not available in the TrackIR software.

There is a mouse emulation feature for use in FPS games and games which are not TrackIR enhanced, though it was not designed for, and will not work for navigating the desktop.

For desktop navigation we have our SmartNAV line of products and accessories. The SmartNAV can help people in a wide range of situations, from those who are looking to alleviate repetitive strain injuries to those who are currently unable to use a computer. Our product is a powerful, hands-free mouse alternative that allows a user to have complete control of a computer using only their head motion.

The SmartNAV product line offers an ideal solution for anyone seeking an alternative or supplement for a standard mouse or keyboard.
