Amazing to say the least.....Absolutely amazing.....Sorry about all of this PF moaning(I am a total IL-2/PF simmer btw.)
Vector will come for BOB soon enough. Trust me , this technology is too advanced not to have it incorporated. You will need Vector to make your sim competative.
This stuff is incredible....I think I am going to have to try out CF3 Recon:)

Yes, more videos please... Use long scenes to help viewers understand what's going on...
This was better than the teaser but still needs more "in depth", longer scenes to demonstrate technical aspects of new product.

Re: Full Vector Expansion Demo Video is UP!
? What kind of monitor were you guys using for the latest demo? A plasma?
Thanks
Thanks
Re: Full Vector Expansion Demo Video is UP!
the monitor is a samsung HDtv progressive.
(we decided against getting a plasma screen because we've heard they're consistently only half as bright after 2 years of use. )

Re: Full Vector Expansion Demo Video is UP!
Whilst I thought the movie was great I have two reservations about it:
1. I mostly use the TrackIR in car games and doubt that it would add anything to the experience whilst in the heat of battle. Sure you might be able to look around the cockpit a bit more and perhaps use it to see around the car's pillar but I don't think this would add much to the driving experience. Anyone got other opinions?
2. $50 is a bit much for what I think could be achieved with a software upgrade and a couple more stickers on your cap. I guess this depends on how useful you find the extra freedom of movement - for me I just can't see the value.

Re: Full Vector Expansion Demo Video is UP!
It will make a huge difference in car sims and NP is already deep in work with some developers of more popular racing games to get full support added.
If you do not see the value in it, dont buy it. The price is justified. And it is a bit more indepth than a little software upgrade and 'a few extra dots'...
