Shipping question

I recently bought a TrackIR3Pro and a TrackHat and am also intersted in the Vector upgrade kit. The problem I have -as you may see from my location info.- is that there is no way for me to get the Vector Expansion Kit without paying a humongous amount of money for shipping; actually my brother living in the U.S is bringing me the TrackIR3Pro and the Hat. It may look like there's no problem here yet and he can just buy the Vector kit, but actually his flight is on Xmas eve, and I can't really risk him not receiving it on time since he visits once a year. Is there any way I can make sure that he will receive it before the 24th, without too much of an increase in shipping cost?

As long as you order it by the cut off date, you should receive it in time.

Thanks, I've already contacted my brother to order it for me. Looks like this will be a fun winter.

After waiting two days for a confirmation of Order Number: (***36) , I called the 888 number, they confirmed my order.
Take your time, get it right. Don't be like the designers of *F and rush it out.
