1/2 second lag with tIR1 and 3.03

I've been using my tIR1 for the last year and a half with no problems, and have upgraded the drivers as they've been released. Two days ago the unit developed a half-second lag that won't go away. I first noticed it in IL2 FB and rebooted the machine. I then found that it shows up on the tracking and motion tabs as soon as I start the software. I can't see how it would be a hardware problem. Is there any known incompatibilities with tIR1 and the 3.03 driver? I've got Windows set up to do automatic updates and an update was installed on Jan 14 titled "Security update for Microsoft Data Access Components (KB832483)". Does anyone know if this could be related and what the fix would be?

I had the same thing happen. Had to uninstall then reinstall 3.03 .
