Problem about the purchasing method

i am a student of city university hong kong,
i plan to use the trackIR in my Final Year Project,
i need to buy one trackIR4, but there is an problem, the up limit for my project consumable account for each item is only hk$1000, and about US$128, @@ what a stupid rule...
can you divide payment of US$179.9 into two parts of US$90 for me?
i don't know should i post my question here?
can you redirect my case?
