Tracking doesnt stop while using mouse

It can sometimes be difficult to move the mouse around whilst trying to keep your head still enough to focus the mouse pointer on a button/switch in FS9. Even with smoothing set high I have a little trouble. So, enabling the movement to pause when trying to click the said button/switch would come in very handy, especially for me, as I have only one arm.
