Hi:
I just want to let you all know that the crew at NP rock. I had a hardware failure which caused my to upgrade my entire system (a plus after all) but learned that my TIR4 was toast when same error kept coming up and it was reproducible on work system too.
Talked to Rick, had ripped off the label from the cord (God i hate labels even on my clothes), but NP were kind enough to replace my TIR can;t wait for the next generation.
Response was prompt and courteous.
This is my third TIR.
