Are there any known conflicts with netgear? I'm having trouble running both 2.20 beta and netgear.

Not that I have heard of. What seems to be the issue?

I'm not sure if I have a hardware (motherboard, wireless card) issue or software.

Issues:
1) The cmos time/date keeps getting dropped. I've changed the battery.

2) When running Smartnav, the wireless software gets dropped at each closure of internet explorer. I need to uninstall and re-install the wireless software in order to regain internet access.
Wireless internet access is not dropped if Smartnav is not running.

1 - Have tried updating the system Bios? This is a hardware issue( maybe bios ) issue.

2 - Is the wireless card USB or PCMCIA?

1) I have updated the bios and have the latest per Dell.

2) The card is PCMCIA
