eDimentional in Europe are not shipping untill the 12/11 (I almost put 11/12 which is natural for me ). So mine is paid for and just waiting. I would of gotten it direct from NP but UPS was expencive, though I rather NP got 100% of my instead of a cut.

The picture shows the clip on the left side of the headset.

Can it be worn on the right side?

I move the mic around based on whether I'm online or not, and I can see a fight between the tracker an my mic boom starting....

Currently, it can only mount on the left hand side.

I've had it mounted on a pair of headsets, with the mic on the same side, and not had any issues at all.

Active LEDs are better because they are brighter and have more of a point source output, which makes for more precise tracking.
Hmm..now that sounds quite interesting!
Personally I really don't care about wearing or not wearing a cap with vector clip, or about the 'way it looks like'.

But better tracking precision would be an outstanding argument for me - with the vector clip it is often quite difficult to center the view precisely enough e.g. to operate switches, knobs and levers with the mouse pointer in FSX. If this improves with the TrackClip pro, I'd gladly pay the price for that.

I'm very curious what the first user reviews will tell about the precision factor - and when the TrackClip Pro will be accessible at local german dealers...

It should be going out to the German dealers very shortly, or as soon as they place an order for them.

There should be reviews posted soon, as we tried to get them out to some reviewers as soon as possible.

Well, I'd be happy to write a review for SimHQ....
