Using voice for clicking mouse

I'm trying to use my Game Commander 2 software to "click" the mouse through the SmartNav hotkeys. Although the hot keys work fine with the keyboard, the Game Commander commands don't recognise the SmartNav remapping of the keys. I understand this is a driver issue, but are there any plans to make this an option, or are there work arounds? I'm trying to use my mouse totally hands-free because of RSI. Thanks, Hondo
