I suppose there is no way to bypass simconnect. Its just that the units work so much better in Fs9, without having to deal with this simconnect program. Unfortunately my joystick hatswitch is so much smoother than the TrackIR unit, be it clip or vector, in FsX. I guess I will just have to wait till either the trackir drivers or the simconnect program get better to use it in FsX.
