Just received my TrackIR 4 this week and after the initial few problems every game I have in the profile list is workin fine now. Have to get used to wearin a hat though behind the comp.
And now I came to the point how to add more of my games to the profile list; you can't create them yourself I understand. Does naturalpoint release a patch everytime new profiles are added or can't those new profiles be added without the need of a new patch?
What makes TrackIR recognize a game, for instance while I have Wings Over Europe and First Eagles workin while they're not in the list? Probably they use the Strike Fighters/Wings Over Vietnam profile from the same developer I guess..

As more games have support built into them, we add to the games list. You just need to go to the update section of the TrackIR software, and select the Games Update option. This will connect to our server, and will update the list to the most current version.

If the game has built in support, the TrackIR software detects when the game loads, and starts the profile needed to run the application. As for the Third Wire Products, they all use the same gaming code, so they also use the same profile across the "board".
