Tir4 hanging up

My Tir4 hangs up for around 4 seconds (my count) at random times, just out of the blue, it will freeze up and lock my view. as I said after around 4 seconds it will release the view and it will return to wherever my head is at the time, no need to recenter. I have the newest drivers, it also did this with the last set of betas, and with the original drivers it came with.

2 - Are you running any firewall, antivirus software?

3 - Check the profile file size, and see if any are more than 4KB in size

yes windows firewall.

all profiles ok.

one other thing, I was just playing with it and had it hang up in the tracking window outside of a game. when I disable the blue LED, it SEEMS to help some...

Try disabling Norton, or allowing the TrackIR permission within the software.
