activation code problem

Just reformatted and reinstalled TrackIR 3 with the latest drivers version 4.1.30 - everything worked fine until I activated my Vector Expansion Pack then the green LED goes off and whatever I do it just stays on for a second then goes off again and wont track? Ive tried going back to version 4.0.21 but with the same results...
Ive double checked the activation code etc. and its correct, it's a mystery - I'm using without activating for now and it's working ok but come on support, it's got to be something simple.... or is it?

Thanks for your quick help Vincent, it just needed setting to Dot instead of Vector in Profiles, duh!
