TrackIR Not Recognised by Windows XP

Sorry for repeating another post, but for some reason my post seems to have been removed by the administrator without offering any solution. I note that someone else had the same problem as I did which was Windows XP not recognising the device.

I did not connect it to the PC before I installed the software and I have tried the following solutions:

1. Uninstalling software and reinstalling it;

2. Using the very latest software that I downloaded from your website instead;

3. Testing that the USB port works � it does

4. Rebooting the machine.


Please advise on what I need to do to resolve this.
