Hi Vincent , team.

I have 2 TIR's both broke.

The first one xxxxxxx

you already gave me a RMA number for as it is porked.
Windows tells me it has malfunctioned.
But because I quickly bought a new one, (why I dont know_)
I never/forgot to send it off.

Please can u give me another return number, thanks.

The second one has now died as well xxxxxx

This one doesnt even get detected by windows at all.
It just stopped,
I done all the known fixes and trouble shooting.

Even the reg fix says it aint detected.

I am lost with out this bit of kit,
Please help guys.
