Track IR4 not compatible with FSX SP1 ?????

why does mine not show any administrator for me to uncheck or check? Im on XP btw.

It is a backward compatibility trick in Vista not in XP.

I'm having the same problem, yet I have TrackIR 3pro with Vector Expansion. Running XP here.

Tried a full reinstall of FXS and patched up, and uninstalled/reinstalled the TrackIR software.

No blue light, and on main tab of the TrackIR software "current game" shows as none.

If I learned nothing else here, I learned that I can NEVER live without my TrackIR!!! lol

This is killing me cause I'm finally getting decent performance out of FSX yet it kills me to use a hat switch!!

Have you done a clean install of the TrackIR software, including deleting the NatuarlPoint folder?

The two simconnect folders for me had different numbers than what you posted. I looked at the dates and sure enough one was from an old install and the other was the one I did yesterday. I deleted then both and ran the SP1 app again, which created a new simconnect folder. Alas, still no TrackIR!!

Something funny is definitely going on here!! FWIW I'm running the non-deluxe version of FSX on Windows XP SP2, XP2100, 1gb ram, Radeon 9800pro, TrackIR 3 pro w/vector. Clean install on TrackIR software Version 4.1.030 - Final B.

You should have the 2 simconnect folders - the number maybe slightly different......

One is from the install of FSX, and the otherone is installed under SP1

....

I have seen this one.......

Still remain, even after an uninstall and reinstall of FSX. Which means that if the simconnect file located in the folder5 has become corrupted, and does not get overridden, then the issue still remains.
