Trackir only fashing blue, no recognition in WinXP

Hello to the support and the community,

like some others, got my Trackir4pro, installed the latest software 4.1.030.final.B and plugged in the tracker into an USB-port on the Mobo (no ext. hub) and nothing is happening.
Windows shows no signs of registering any new hardware. Only a blue LED is flashing every few seconds. I turned off all the power saving on USB in the device manager. The NPRegFix quits with the message: "No devices detected that needed to be fixed".

I would really appreciate some help.

My system is: Win XP pro SP2, Mobo Asus P4P800 deluxe (intel p865), VGA Geforce 6800gt, DirX9c February 2007, CH manager latest ver., etc. Nothing really special for hardware.
I tried the tracker on 2 other PCs. Same result, no reaction from Windows. The device manager won't even show a not properly installed device.
What can I do?

I had the same exact problem of Batman11.
What can I do?
I tried the TIR4 even on an other computer, with same result...I sent an email, and I'm waiting for a reply.
