Confirmation Request of email sent

Hi I just sent an Email to your support section regarding my TrackIR 4 with vector expansion and just needed a confirmation it was received.
I have attached all relevant data to this email, as per what I've seen instructed on other posts regarding problems of this nature.
From what I've read so far this seems to be quite a common problem, i.e unit worked with no problem for a period of significant time, then just quits working at all. In my case it shows up ok in system manager, red led showing on top of unit, but blue led only flickering occasionaly and "No device detected" showing in TrackIR window after lots of troubleshooting, still no joy I really do hope someone can help me with this one, before the withdrawl symptoms really kick in lol...
