TrackIR no longer functioning

Rebooted my PC earlier today, but TrackIR is nolonger working. In the status bar it is shown as "configuring" with the blue LED light flashing periodicly, then stopping. I did a complete uninstall and reinstall of the Track IR software and rebooted etc, but it still doesn't work. I thought that reinstalling would work but it is still not working.

EDIT: Also, in the "main" tab of the TrackIR software it says "Track IR Unknown : *number*" (serial code???)...is this of any significance?

Please email supportaNaturalPoint.com, with the serial number of the TrackIR unit, and short desc. of the issue......
