question about trackclip pro bundle
hi how are you doing
before I buy the bundle, I want to make sure
first question: wether the trackirclip pro bundle/ Fsx bundle include
Cap-trackclip, software CD-rom and electronic user mannul? (all those accessory you got when you buy the TrackIR 4 pro seperately ? )
second question: if I buy fsx bundle or clip bundle, I will get two clips one for cap another for headphone? or I will just get one clip for headphone?
please illuminate me and I will join the trackir family soon.

Yes, it comes with everything that you would normally get with the TrackIR4 product, plus the TrackClip Pro, and FSX.
You still get the original TrackClip, plus the TrackClip Pro.

thank you , I'v payed for the fsx bundle. I'v bought fsx regular edition for monthes, before I know delux exist and still want to buy the delux.this time I get all my dreaming stuff together. wait for the shipment arrive.
I choosed the 3days select. what dose the "select" mean? I don't know how many days I need to wait

thanks alot loop n roll and Vincent!! I'v recieved the bundle and it runs very smooth. now my dreams come ture with thrustmaster hotas cougar and free view with trackir. I fly Do-27 with them ao exiting.
and could you give me some advice. I saw many video clips on flightsim shop or youtube that we can "walk through the aircraft, through pessenger cabin to cockpit or walk around aircraft or sim the view sit down and look through the window and make our own videos from variaty of view positions.
could you illuminate me which software can do that and which will be the best among them?
do they get well with FSX?

There are several applications that can allow you to do that (Active camera, etc......). I don't have an opinion on any of them, as I haven't done any major testing/usage with them.

After much research I ordered the TrackIR 4 Pro and the TrackClip Pro from you despite edimensional dropping the product from their lineup, and despite the current problems with the TrackClip falling apart - I figured I'd be as careful as possible with it and besides, your customer service seems to be outstanding(my order no. is 28479). By this time though I've been eager to receive the product, so I upgraded the shipping to 3 day select. Herein lies my problem. You were able to ship the products on Nov 19, and it is now Nov 24th - I still do not have the shipment. UPS tells me I will not receive delivery until Nov 26. I can understand one of these days being a no-delivery day, the 22nd is the Thanksgiving holiday, but I wish I had a copy of their work-day calendar because they are not making deliveries such as mine (ground shipping) the 22nd thru the 25th! This means I paid a bundle for a 7-day delivery instead of just 3 like I had read (stated 3 days from shipment even in one post on the forum). I'd call that a delivery failure on the part of your shipper... big-time. It is also something that I think can be foreseen by Natural Point as well.
The point of my post is this...can you remit the difference I paid for this speedier delivery? I think it would be reasonable for Natural Point, who works with shipments on a daily basis, to forsee these fixed delays in the calendar and advise customers prior to their submitting an upgraded shipment request in their order. I have no idea what days UPS makes deliveries on their ground shipments, but you should.
Thanks for your service - and your product - I'll likely be your best advertising. The TrackIR should allow me to simulate my real-world flying in a remarkable way!
PS... I hope you can formulate some structural improvements to the TrackClip, we'll all be a much happier bunch.
