I have selected run at start up but it does not work?

In the SmartNAV software -> Control Panel -> About.

OK, there is an issue with the startup option with the 3.20.028 software. You have 2 options.
1 - Place a copy of the SmartNAV shortcut icon, in the startup folder (Start menu -> All Programs -> Startup
2 - Download and install the latest version of the SmartNAV software.
