Profiles lock

Is there a way to prevent a user from changing the profiles? Could the file containing the profiles be marked read only or another such method? I have several users that change the profile that I have assigned them to other settings. This causes me grief and phone calls to put them back to where they were before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We do not have a locking mechanism per se, I will add it to our feature request list though.

I would suggest making copies of the profiles you setup. So if a profile gets messed up you could just have the user use the copy or backed up profile.
