Camera 1 randomly turns off

I am having problems with Camera 1 turning itself off while I am trying to calibrate. I have 6 cameras, FLEX:V100, and every time I start the calibration program, it apparently randomly assigns numbers to each one. I know it is not consistant, because the same camera is not always Camera 1. Anyway, during calibration, Camera 1 will just stop taking data, and turn off. I only have 3 cameras per powered usb hub, so I do not think this is the problem. Does anyone know what causes this?

The cameras can enumerate in a different order under Arena. But the key thing that we need to focus on here is that one of your cameras is shutting down for an unknown reason.

1. Is this problem isolated to one particular camera? Or is it always the camera identified as #1?
2. If it is isolated to one particular camera, can you try a different configuration with that particular camera? For example plug it directly into the PC (not through a hub) or change the port you're using on a hub to isolate the problem to the camera itself?

It is always camera 1, no matter which camera Arena decides is #1, so I think it may be a software issue. It has not happened for a while though, so I can't test that theory until it happens again.
