TrackIR 4 Pro wont work with Enemy Engaged 2

I cant get my trackir 4 to work with EECH2. I have downloaded and applied both the update patch for EE2 and the fix from the naturalpoint website. I start trackir app before running EE2 and the green light comes on. When in options section of game, I have mouselook enabled, and trackir says running, however I get absolutely no movement at all. I also use LO:FC and MSFSX with no problems at all. I did have to download a dotcom fix?? to even get EE2 running, not sure if thats an issue? My comp specs are: 2x3.0ghz quad-core Mac Pro, OS X 10.5.2, Bootcamp running Windows XP SP2, Nvidia 7300 256mb, 7gb of physical ram, of course running EE2 and TI4 with windows.I have had the game for 2 months now with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So both the TrackIR, and mouse look mode are enabled?

What version of the TrackIR software are you running?

What OS are you running?

Thats correct, mouselook is enabled and trackir says running. I am at work now on laptop so dont have version of trackir software available, but i purchased my trackir in late dec 07 and in the first part of Jan 08 i downloaded the latest available version online. I am running Windows XP Service Pack 2 with a dotcom update from the microsoft website. Comp specs are available in my first post. Thanks in advance for the help.

My software version for TrackIR 4 is 4.1.030 downloaded online.

Can you try a clean install of the software, with the latest version......



Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following:
a. Click "Start"
b. Click on the "Control Panel"
c. Click "Add/Remove Programs"
d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove"
e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it.
f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint
g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location,

Vincent, the reinstall got trackir working in EE2. I downloaded the latest beta software from the website, version 4.1.034 i believe. But now I get alot of stuttering in movement no matter which sim im using. Im wondering if the beta software is causing it, should i reinstall again with 4.1.030? When i first started using trackir, all movement was perfect for all sims without adjustment at all.

When looking at the tracking screen, within the TrackIR software, what do you see here?

Are you using the vector clip, or the TrackClip Pro (attached to a headset)?
