I sent support an email - I launched the software this evening and one of my cameras decided to stop working. It's been fine until tonight.
I have an 8 camera setup. I already emailed support. A question is, can I use 7 cameras? I only ordered 4 poles since I was ordering 8 cameras so I can't do the "6 cameras in a circle" bit.
I'm hoping the Optitrack guys can help me remedy this problem soon but for now I'm screwed. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Re: One camera is not working... can I use 7 for now?
OK - is it OK to leave the camera at the lower position or should I move it up high? Or maybe I should place the camera in the middle about 6.5 feet high or so on the autopole?
I'd have a four corner setup with 2 cameras in each corner (one high one low) and then one camera in one corner at the mid point. Let me know if this seems like a bad/good idea.
Thanks

I would go with the higher position.
