Status: No Data

I just purchased TRI4. I have not been able to get it to work. The blue and green lights are on and steady but the Status says No Data.
In the view mode under tracking, I can see the three dots and looks like it is working. The heads and gauges views do not show any movement.

I do not have another computer to try it on and have up graded to the latest version of the software. Changing the ports had no effect.

Any help is appreciated.

On the tracking screen, do the 3 green dots move around?

Any red?

What version of Windows?

Yes the three dots move around, however two are red and one is green. I am using Windows XP Home Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 2.

Is the software setup in dot tracking mode?

No it was not. It does work in dot mode but I only get to use the Yaw and Pitch. What do I have to do to get it working fully functional?

Are you using the metal clip?

Select vector, in the profiles.

Is there any other red or green on the tracking screen?

Yes my lights in the room even on a dim setting were interfering with the unit. Everything is working in Vector mode. Thanks for the help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
