Always only 3 green dots instead of 6

Hi everyone, i was so keen to get my brandnew TI4 to work.
Sitting here for 3 hours already. The Tracking window shows
always only 3 reflective points alive. I see the 3 vector points
and the 3 headphone clip points. When i move a constant jump of green to red is going on, with always only 3 of the 6 dots are
green. I have rearranged lights, computer everything. Since there always only 3 green dots no matter what, can the "sourcelight" maybe to weak? Anyone else seen this before... Is driving me nuts...

There is only supposed to be 3 points, no more than that or it will confuse the trackir. Take off the vector points from your hat, and just use the headphone clip. In the trackir software select that you are using the track clip pro. Uncheck camera LEDs to turn them off, the headphone clip makes it's own lights. Uncheck light filtering, it usually interferes if you use the headphone clip.

Yes, you want to only use one or the other, not both at the same time.
