Track ir4 pro + Track clip

Hello everyone, I have just recieved the Track ir4 pro, it came with the Trackclip and the Trackclip pro.When I set the Trackclip up I get all round vision but when I use the Trackclip pro I do not.I have checked the boxes for each one but cannot get the Trackclip pro to work.Has anyone got any idea as to why this is? PS This devise has made il2 come alive and with only 2dom, what must it be like with 6dom? Outstanding product.

Ok, so when using the TrackClip Pro -

You have selected it in each of the profiles (Default, flight, etc.)?

It is mounted on the left side of your headset?

Camera moved to the left side of the monitor?

Looking at the tracking screen, TrackIR software -> View -> Tracking, do you see the 3 green IR leds?

Are they lined up fairly vertical?

Thanks for the quick reply Vincent, the camera and the TrackClip Pro are both mounted on the left side of the screen, there are three green dots lined up verticly in the centre of the screen, the TrackClip Pro has been selected in the default profile, flight has been selected.Two other things: in the heads screen the in-game head will not look back more than fifty degrees and when in the cock-pit the view goes the opposite to where I am looking. When looking at the heads, and the tracking screen, is the green dots still being tracked, or are they being lost?

What gaming application are you using?

The green dots are not being lost when the heads move. I have XP and the game il2. Vincent, I have just noticed that when I un-loaded the game the in game head worked perfectly but when loaded up it would not!

OK, IL2 uses the combat flight profile, by default, so have you adjusted the combat flight profile to TrackClip Pro?

Yes,I have done that and still it does not work. In the 'heads' screen the head goes in the opposite direction to my head. I have just reverted back to the Trackclip and a sign came up saying "Track ir has encounted a problem and has to close". The Trackclip before this was working perfectly, the problem must be something to do with the TrackClip pro!

So on the TrackClip Pro, the long leg is on the bottom?
