Outside View TrackIR Off in FSX, pls help

Is there a way to tell TrackIR to deactivate in Outside Spot View in FSX?
I can do this in Battle Of Britain 2, is it possible in FSX?
It's great to have TrackIR on in cockpit view but would be even better if i could use the hat switch only in external views.

To disable the TrackIR rotation in the different view modes, just press the F9 key (default) to pause the TrackIR software.
