no data

hi all.i just bought Trackir 4 pro last week.installed latest softwere,no problem for 2 days.using it for fsx & falcon 4.0. after that problems. every time i go to profiles it stops working!!! NO DATA!!! some times it runs for 30sec- 1min then again no data.It just stops for no apparent reason!!! i uninstalled re installed.... no luck.same problem.it was plugged in the pc 2.0 usb and it said it needed a high speed usb.did that, got high speed usb hub...but same problem.keeps turnig off.i'm using Vista prem.dual core AMD 2.2hz GT7600.2G ram. the first 2 days it was fantastic.now... a nightmare!!! why is this happening? softwere??? hardwere???

Are you using the TrackClip Pro or the standard track clip (metal clip)?

Are you setting any of the profiles to exclusively load?

Do you have TrackClip Pro or Vector selected in the different profiles?

i'm using the metal clip
no profiles are set to exclusive load
and Tracking is set on Vector.

When you go to view tracking, what do you see there?

were it says status (bottom left hand corner) it keeps flicking to tracking & no data.when i go to profiles it just stays no data.Some times it works,(tracking) but again when i go to profiles it...stays NO DATA.when i go to view tracking, the window is empty just settings in the corner.

i'm a technician by trade,so i know my way around problems like this,dut this is doing my head in!!!
love the tracker(first 2days)dut i think it might be faulty.
Then again why work fine for 2days & then.... ga-ga???

Exactly the same problem for me aswell. 2 Days its fine, after that, it stops working. Works for a couple minutes during a game, then just cuts off. Restarting the comp a few hundred times sometimes does the trick, but then again it stops.

Tried about 7 different USB ports on the comp, installed the program for each 1, and still nothing.

Any idea?

Just got it to work again, and 1 minute it cuts off during game play. I play FSX and rFactor with it.
