can't detect smartnav4

My smartnav4 can't be detect today.
I tried reinstall it;but when plug it in usb; it found a new usb device;but can't find a driver to install.

I tried in different computer ,still can't install the usb device. before today it worked perfect!

I'm using windows xp sp2 and vista;smartnav plug direct to pc's usb port. no hub.

btw there's no other smartnav software installed.
and i reinstalled vista to see if it's the system problem ,but it appears not. still can't istall the smartnav
