Ok it's been over a working day and no response at all I guess I will try to call them up...

i just got a reply from skysim:
"We have a 6 month warranty on hardware. If your item is older than this you could try Natural Point directly."
i thought it was a 1 year limited warranty? and it doesnt say otherwise anywhere else?
can you help?
