Broken Base

The base on my TIR4 broke off. Ive seen a few threads referencing the same problem but no fixes..
Anyone fixed this? If so pics and diagrams would be nice

I just removed it completely, turned the tir upside down, and stuck it with double sided tape on the top of my LCD monitor bezel. Works like a charm. And no wondering has it moved or changed. Also stuck the cable down to the top of the monitor with a couple of stickies, so it does not get 'pulled.


Oh, and don't forget to tell the TIR software that you are using the device upside down!
