streaming question

I am not currently using the OptiTrack system, but was wondering whether you need to have the Tracking Tools interface open and running to stream data? Or can you set up in Tracking Tools and then, providing the setup does not change, access the cameras and data stream?

In order to stream data with the Tracking Tools, there are three methods.

* Run the Tracking Tools UI application and enable streaming

* Run the Tracking Tools in "headless" (non-ui) mode with streaming enabled

* Use the API to write your own app and enable streaming with the API
