Drivers Cant Install...Vista x64

I just bought the TrackIR 4 w/pro clip.I downloaded and installed the latest software.

I installed the software fine but the drivers wont install,says process cant access the file being used by another process. ???

When the vista driver window pops up about not being signed drivers i select install anyway.
Running Vista Ultimate 64

Ok nevermind I figured it out....I think.

Looks like my scanner was causing some issues.I disconnected my scanner,installed Trackir software and drivers,connected IR camera,then reconnected my scanner now im getting the lights.

Kinda strange I guess.

Is this with the 4.1 software, of the 5.0 software?

Logged in as an admin?

Connected directly to the PC, or using a hub?

Is the TrackIR software runing, during the driver install?

Any other applications running in the background?

Sorry I havnt had time really yet to try it out correctly to make sure this is working 100%.
Software is the 4.1,
I am logged in as admin...im the only user on my pc,
Yes directly to the pc,
no the software isnt running during driver install
and as usuall I always shut down any un-needed programs during a driver install.

I beleive I have it all working but as of yet I have only been able to use TrackIR profile test features and not in game yet,but the drivers did install after disconnecting my scanner,so there was some kinda conflict with it,but once trackir was installed I plugged the scanner back in and it all seems to work.
