TrackIR not working

Hello, i have TrackIR V4, when i conect it to the PC a message say "Unknow Device", the blue light from below is flashing but when i execute the TrackIR software, the green light and the 4 reds lights not running. Help me please!

What version of Windows are you using?

What version of the TrackIR software do you have installed?

Are you connected directly to the PC, or are you using a hub?

Have you tried the device on another system?

Windows XP,I have also tested in Vista.

I have TrackIr 5 Beta

It is connected directly to the PC
