both lights red

I'm using TrackIR SW v5.0.300 with TrackIR 5 HW.

When using MSFS X, occasionally both lights on the TrackIR unit will turn red.

What does this mean? I've found that when this happens I have to exit MSFS, exit the TrackIR SW and, at times, unplug and then plug the HW back in, sometimes multiple times and restart the SW.

What do 2 red lights mean? What would cause this?

please disregard the above post. I see the default mapping for pausing trackir is F9 and I was trying to use that to switch to the virtual cockpit in MSFS. so, ok I'm officially a clueless n00b then The 2 red lights just meant it was paused. Hitting F9 again turned them both green. d'oh! Now I feel rather dumb...
