Dead Edges

I'm using TrackIR4 with Trackclip Pro and Version 5.0 - Final B software and in the Display I'm having dead edges around 150 Degrees where the marker starts to get jumpy(reflector dots go offtrack). On other sides however I can go past 180 Degrees. Is this normal or how do I correct this? The reflector dots are centered..

Are you using the TrackClip, or TrackClip Pro?

If using the Clip Pro, have you moved the TrackIR camera to the left side of the monitor?
