PMDG 747 problem

Im a user of track ir for a couple of years, i can fly all the VC but ive been having a problem with 747PMDG VC since the begining. When i turn the head, left, right, up, down... the screen frezzes for a second each 3 or 4 seconds, but only with PMDG 747 VC. Can you help me about this.

Any head latency options, within the aircraft settings?

Head Latency options?, sorry sir, i cant understand what it means, i�ve been looking for in some forums and i could see that they talk about head latency options and conflits with active camera but i dont have active camera installed. By the other side i was wrong in my last question, the screen frezzes for a second each 3 or 4 seconds not only in PMDG747, in all the planes, and if i dont move my head the frezzes repeat too.
Where can i look for these Head latency options and deactivate them?

I�ve found the problem, it was FSinn. When i turn off FSinn i have no problems, but now, what can i do when i want to fly online with Fsinn and with trackir??
