Realtime Tracking Quality

Post by Crossfire »

I am interested in details about this system.

What I need is the position two person's feet, the position of the hands of these persons and an orientation of their body (torso). In realtime and with as little latency as possible.

For example what could be expected for a state update from a 12 camera setup on:
- accuracy
- update-rate
- latency
?

How much time does installation/calibration of the system take?

Thank you very much in any case. I am thankful for any information.

How accurate is the tracking?

The 3D location of markers can be resolved with millimeter accuracy and resolution depending on capture volume size and camera configuration. Increasing the number of cameras can help improve the tracking performance if needed.

Update Rate?

The cameras run at 100FPS.

Latency: 10ms

Installation typically takes from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the number of cameras and whether tripods or trusswork are used.

Calibration typically takes about 5 minutes.
